Phoenix-Talent Schools set up donation center at Home Depot

PHOENIX, Ore. — For people in need or who want to donate, Phoenix-Talent Schools has set up a donation center in the Home Depot parking lot.

People can get food, water, toiletries, toys, diapers, bedding supplies and stuff for pets. The center also has access for people to get funding in the form of gift cards.

“Also we’re looking for Phoenix and Talent school district students who haven’t checked in with their teachers or school district yet,” said Phoenix City Councilor Stuart Warren. “We’re trying to connect those families back to that network so that we can help them as best we can.”

The center is open every day from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. They said the biggest need right now is toilet paper and cleaning supplies.
