Kohls returns

I’m sorry you didn’t feel comfortable coming into the store but we’ve been open since June and we did extend our policy, I’m sorry you didn’t feel comfortable returning in store but we’ve been open for months now.

OR We can do that return non receipted and you’ll get the lowest price in the last 60/30 days whatever it is

If I’m feeling really nice and depending on the customer I will supervisor override it.
